Event to start February 13th 11:00am
Where: PVM Bunker
Entry fee: $30
Open to PVM Members or PVM member friends and family
Every entry gets a PVM event T-shirt
Winners get bragging rights and medals
This event is Deadlift and Bench only. Raw! No suits, no shirts, no slingshots!

RULES:        Given after weigh-ins. No ELBOW SLEEVES, NO SHIRTS, NO SLING SHOTS, STRAPS, SUITS.  WRIST WRAPS,  Neoprene knee sleeves, &  BELT OK, RAW RAW RAW!

CONTEST:        Lifting begins at 11:00 AM Bench first, Deadlift follows.

NOTES: 

Men: Lightweight: Up to 181# Middleweight: 182# to 220# Heavyweight: 221# to 275# Super Heavyweight: Over 275#

Women: Lightweight: Up to 132# Middleweight: 133# to 165# Heavyweight: 166# to 198# Super Heavyweight: Over 198# Winner of each weight class gets chosen by this equation: Total Bench + Deadlift ÷ Bodyweight. 

ENTRY FEE:        $30

AWARDS:      Every entry gets a PVM event T-shirt
Winners get bragging rights and medals

Registration deadline is prior to weigh-ins.
